Terms of Service

These terms govern the day tours and transfer services provided by Calm Seas Travel (TÜRSAB member no. 15919). By making a booking you accept these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Calm Seas Travel is a travel agency based in Kuşadası, Türkiye, organising day tours and transfer services. Tour itineraries on our website are for guidance; minor changes may be made depending on weather and road conditions.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or via WhatsApp. A booking becomes final once we send you a confirmation with a booking reference by email or WhatsApp. Until confirmed, a booking is not binding.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are per person and include the services listed in the itinerary. Payment can be made in cash on the day of the tour or online at the time of booking. The price of a confirmed booking will not change.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, arriving at the meeting point on time, carrying valid identification and following the guide's safety instructions. Please let us know in advance about any health conditions that may affect your participation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the purchased service. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or for delays caused by third parties or traffic conditions. We recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Force Majeure
Tours may be cancelled or postponed in circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters or official restrictions. In that case our Cancellation Policy applies and we offer a full refund or an alternative date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Kuşadası (Aydın) have jurisdiction over any disputes.
